Standard Warranty

  • Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Coverage: Manufacturing defects, workmanship issues, and material failures.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or any alterations made to the product after purchase.

Extended Warranty

Our warranty guarantees that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, such as:
  • Extended Warranty Period: Up to 5 Years of coverage.
  • Benefits: Same protection as the standard warranty, covering manufacturing defects, material issues, and craftsmanship problems.

What is Covered?

For added protection, we offer an extended warranty on select products. This extended coverage can be purchased during the checkout process or within 1 Month of your original purchase.
  • Structural defects: Frames, joints, or other structural elements that fail under normal use.
  • Material issues: Tears, cracks, or other flaws in fabric, wood, metal, or other materials due to manufacturing defects.
  • Workmanship problems: Poor construction or assembly that results in product failure.

What is Not Covered?

The following issues are not covered by our warranty:
  • Normal wear and tear: Including fading, pilling, or softening of cushions over time.

  • Improper assembly or installation: Damages caused by incorrect assembly or installation not performed by Mellbour or an authorized technician.
  • Modifications or alterations: Changes made to the product after purchase may void the warranty.
    Environmental factors: Damage caused by excessive heat, moisture, or other external elements.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please follow these simple steps:
  • Document the Issue: Take photos of the defect and provide a detailed description of the problem.
  • Proof of Purchase: Have your original receipt or order number ready to verify your purchase.
  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@mellbour.com to initiate your claim.
  • Assessment: Our team will assess your claim and determine if the issue is covered under the warranty.
  • Resolution: If approved, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund based on the nature of the defect.

Repair or Replacement

If your warranty claim is approved, we will either:
  • Repair the product at no cost to you, using original or equivalent materials.
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable item if the original is no longer available.
In cases where repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer a full or partial refund based on the product's age and condition.

Limitations of Liability

Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages. We are not responsible for any damage to personal property or any injuries resulting from the use of our products.
